DESCRIZIONE

Casale Camalda è un antico complesso rurale toscano in pietra, sui monti dell’Appennino tra Firenze ed Arezzo all’interno del Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna e a due passi dallo storico Monastero di Camaldoli, da qui raggiungibile anche a piedi con 3 diversi ed agevoli sentieri nelle foreste. E’ situato in posizione isolata e silenziosa tra boschi e torrenti e a contatto con cervi, caprioli, daini, cinghiali, aquile, poiane e scoiattoli; è facile inoltre osservare le tracce della presenza del lupo. L’ospitalità è offerta in antichi annessi agricoli ristrutturati (Essiccatoio Castagne, Stalla e Fienile) attrezzati per l’autogestione e ciascuno dotato di cucina e bagno esclusivi. L’azienda agricola biologica produce e vende direttamente frutta, marmellate e confetture, miele, vino e olive. Il titolare è anche Guida ufficiale del Parco Nazionale e organizza escursioni naturalistiche guidate, gratuite per gli ospiti, oppure consiglia su itinerari e visite nelle magiche Foreste Casentinesi e ai numerosi Eremi e Monasteri, Pievi romaniche e castelli medievali di questa valle meravigliosa e verde della Toscana. Omaggio enologico a chiunque si presenti declamando un “Canto Orfico” di Dino Campana, camminatore e poeta che ha cantato in modo visionario e non convenzionale questi luoghi d’incanto.

Casale Camalda is an ancient rural stone mansion on the Appennino Mountains between Florence and Arezzo, into the Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona and Campigna National Park. The farm is situated in a secluted and quiet spot among woods and streams and red deer, fallow deer, roe deer, wolves, wild boars, eagles, squirrels and many other wild animals that live freely in this large protected area. Casale Camalda is near the historical Monastery of Camaldoli which can be also reached walking on 3 several comfortable and short paths through the forests. The hospitality is offered in restored independent flats and in one small detached stone house (Chestnut Drier, Stable and Barn), which were once rural annexes; all of them have kitchen, bathroom and private heating. The organic farm produces and sells directly fruits, jams and marmalades, honey, wine and olives. English, German and French are spoken. The owner is also a Guide of the National Park and organises excursions and hikings to the wildest and most secluted spots of these forests and mountains; maps, leaflets and advices and assistance are provided for self-guided tours to the National Park and to the medieval castles, romanic churches, hermitages and monasteries and the historical towns and villages of the Casentino Valley and the whole Tuscany. Oenological present to whoever introduces him/herself reciting a poem from “I Canti Orfici” by Dino Campana, trekker and poet that sang these enchanting places.

Biologischer Bauernhof – Wanderungsort

Casale Camalda, das in der Appennino Berge zwischen Florenz und Arezzo in dem “Parco Nazionale delle foreste casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna” Nationalpark liegt, ist ein altes Steinlandgebäude. Der Biohof befindet sich in einem isolierten und ruhigen Platz, der reich an Wäldern, Wasserläufen, Hirschen, Damhirschen, Rehböcken, Wölfen, Wildschweinen, Adlern, Eichhörnchen und an vielen anderen Wildtieren, die freie in diesem grossen schützenden Ort leben, ist.

Casale Camalda ist in der Nähe von dem Camaldoli Kloster, das man durch drei waldliche, bequeme und kurze Wege erreichen kann. Die Gäste können hier umstrukturierten selbständigen Wohnungen und ein kleines Steinhaus, die einmal Kastanientrockenboden, Stall und Heuboden waren, finden. Alle die Aufbauten haben als Ausstattung Küche, Badezimmer und Zentralheizung.

Man spricht hier Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch. Der Besitzer ist auch ein Leiter von dem Nationalpark und organisiert Ausflügen und Wanderungen durch wilde und entlegene Plätze in Wäldern und Bergen. Landkarten, Broschüren, Ratschläge und Hilfe werden hier auch gegeben, wenn man allein zum Nationalpark oder zu mittelalterischen Schlössern, romanischen Kirchen, Einsiedeleien und Klostern, oder zu historischen toskanischen Städten, die in Casentino Tal liegen, gehen möchte.

Ein önologisches Geschenk wird jemandem gegeben, der das Gedicht “I Canti Orfici” von der Dichter und Wanderer Dino Campana vortragen kann.
